Production Pattern Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Operations Specialist to contribute to our design-to-production process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pattern making, CAD software, and production planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D patterns for apparel and sportswear using CAD software
• Create and manage PLT files and technical design files for cutting and production
• Prepare and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) for each style/product
• Calculate Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM) for new and existing products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pattern accuracy
• Conduct fit and prototype reviews and make necessary adjustments to patterns
• Support process improvements for efficiency and material optimization

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pattern development and CAD work
• Strong knowledge of CAD software
• Proficient in PLT file creation, pattern grading, and marker making
• Good understanding of BOM, SAM, and garment manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates with prior work in gloves production or garment factories will be given preference
• Familiarity with sportswear or high-precision stitched products is a strong plus
