**Clinical Research Manager Job Overview**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Manager to oversee our clinical trials.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team and make a real impact in the field of clinical research. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical monitoring process and ensuring that all trials are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or PhD in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience in clinical research, and excellent knowledge of SOPs and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing bioequivalence studies and PK studies. You will also supervise CRAs in in-house and on-site monitoring, filing, and clinical trial administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the clinical monitoring process and ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise CRAs in in-house and on-site monitoring, filing, and clinical trial administration
  • Plan, oversee, and execute bioequivalence studies and PK studies
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree or PhD in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical research
  • Excellent knowledge of SOPs and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
