RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead clinical trial sites and multi-disciplinary site teams in USA, maintaining oversight of site staff including CRCs, and ensuring the smooth operation of ongoing clinical trials.
  2. Maintain close coordination with network sites' Principal Investigators.
  3. Foster ongoing communication and collaboration between clinical research teams, site coordinators, and regulatory teams to ensure timely progress.
  4. Ensure information regarding recruitment, protocol adherence, and study milestones is shared across all stakeholders.
  5. Schedule regular check-in meetings with site staff and internal teams to provide updates and discuss challenges.
  6. Address promptly any bottlenecks in recruitment, protocol adherence, or data collection.
  7. Coordinate with Marketing to review the business development plan for the site, based on expertise suggested by PIs.
  8. Set weekly business development goals, such as identifying new opportunities, reaching out to potential sponsors, or preparing for site qualification visits.
  9. Coordinate with sponsors or CROs to schedule PSSV.
  10. Ensure site team is prepared with necessary documentation, facilities, and equipment for visits.
  11. Develop and update SOPs based on sponsor requirements.
  12. Lead meetings with sponsors to discuss patient recruitment strategies and review site capabilities.
  13. Review performance metrics like recruitment and retention rates, and subject safety.
  14. Resolve site performance issues with coordinators to meet sponsor expectations.
  15. Ensure stakeholders have access to up-to-date information in SiteVault for transparency and audits.
  16. Address audit findings with detailed CAPA plans and document resolutions.
  17. Onboard and train new clinical research coordinators and site staff on protocols, regulations, and procedures.

  2. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete projects.
  3. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. High integrity and professionalism.
  6. Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  7. Ownership mentality, responsible for outcomes.
  8. Ability to handle high-stress situations.
