Quality Assurance Specialist Job Opportunity

This is an executive level position responsible for evaluating and coaching agents to ensure high-quality performance.

  1. Evaluate each agent on their assigned project every month using a standard QA evaluation form.
  2. Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to agents through coaching sessions.
  3. Ensure evaluations are done using the standard evaluation form and update agent assignments.
  4. Conduct monthly calibration and training sessions by reviewing call recordings and providing general feedback.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong decision-making skills, flexibility in working hours, and at least 1 year of experience in a Call Center or QA Department.

  3. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Flexibility to work overtime and adjust working hours as needed.
