Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the expansion of our clientele in the US/UK region. As the front face of our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing an effective sales strategy that drives sustainable financial growth through boosted sales and strengthened relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as prospect for new ones primarily in the US/UK market.
• Utilize various styles to persuade or negotiate effectively, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Work closely with the technical team to develop proposals that cater to clients' needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing solutions and handle objections by clarifying agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Proven working experience as a business development manager/sales executive or a relevant role.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in business development within the software services industry, ideally in web and mobile app development.
• Experience in software sales within the US/UK region, with a proven sales track record.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, as well as fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
