About This Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Fast Trading. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the office, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  2. Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  4. Team Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Utilize problem-solving skills and make sound decisions to resolve issues and improve office operations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
