Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled production optimization specialist to join our facilities management team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to optimize site infrastructure, energy consumption, water usage, treatment, steam, and other infrastructure services.

Your primary objectives will be to improve site and line efficiencies, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity. You will work closely with operations managers, divisional engineering, design companies, and end-users to integrate standard designs, best practices, and new technologies into projects.

You will deliver project feed design, detailed design, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and handover on time and in full. You will also manage contractors to deliver daily on-site construction jobs according to master schedules.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. If you have a bachelor's degree in engineering, 7+ years of experience in relevant make roles, and are passionate about delivering high-efficiency production operations, we invite you to apply.
