About This Role

This exciting opportunity exists within our Changi East Safety function, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe conduct of construction works and related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to develop, implement and enhance digital tools and applications for safety management.
  • Train and onboard users on safety digital tools/applications, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in safety management and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance safety analytics and tools.
  • Coordinate safety working committee meetings, gathering and analysing safety data, preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documentation related to safety processes and tools.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Construction Management, Engineering, Safety Management or a related field.
  • Experience or coursework in digital tools and technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar software for dashboard design and data visualisation is preferred.
  • Knowledge in setting up digital pipelines, managing data flow and using cloud-based tools is desirable.
  • Registration as a safety professional with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is a plus.
