About This Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial strategy, drive initial public offering readiness, and make strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop long-term financial plans to position the company for a successful initial public offering.
  2. Market Research & Investment Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities, including expansion markets, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships.
  3. Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and risk analysis for Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management: Optimize capital allocation, ensuring financial stability and funding for future investments.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and initial public offering requirements, working with legal and audit teams.
  6. Investor Relations: Support the CFO in investor engagements, preparing reports and financial disclosures aligned with public market expectations.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leadership to align financial and market strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience in a software services company is essential.
  • A proven track record in financial modeling, strategic forecasting, initial public offering readiness, and investment analysis.
  • Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, including deal structuring, financial due diligence, and post-merger integration.
  • A strong ability to conduct market research and analyze investment opportunities for global expansion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, investor relations, and strategic advisory skills.
  • Fluency in English communication and the ability to present financial strategies to executives.
