Partnerships Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Development Specialist to drive Waseela's partnerships strategy across national and regional levels.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing existing partners, planning partnerships for expansion into upcoming districts, mobilizing resources, and supporting the field partnership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with national and regional partners across verticals (e.g., Kisaan Dukaan, Paidawar, Doodh).
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to support Waseela's operational and strategic goals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop partnership plans for upcoming districts in line with Waseela's geographic expansion strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and gaps in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to design initiatives that maximize partner engagement and farmer benefits.
- Support the district and regional field officers in identifying, onboarding, and managing local partners.
- Define KPIs to measure the success of partnerships, onboarding criteria, market intelligence initiatives, and feedback systems.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes, field team performance, and resource utilization for review by the Head of Partnerships.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to field locations as required.
