As a Digital Marketing Supervisor at PRG Pakistan, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our online marketing strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of Project Management tools, such as Trello or Monday.com, is essential. Proficiency in various digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO Tools, and CRM software, is also required.

The successful candidate will have excellent English communication and storytelling skills for proposal creation and presentations. Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively are also necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO Tools, and CRM software.
