We are seeking a visionary AI Integration Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that revolutionize our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Automation: Design and develop a custom AI system to automate tasks such as data analysis, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation. Utilize advanced GPT technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Achieving AI Excellence: Automate repetitive business processes like inventory tracking, order management, and reporting. Research and implement AI tools like OpenAI, TensorFlow, or RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Zapier) to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaboration and Optimization: Work closely with our founder to brainstorm innovative AI-based solutions and prioritize projects. Test and optimize AI tools for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Train team members on using AI-driven systems to ensure smooth adoption and maximize benefits.
  • Market Research and Scalability: Investigate AI applications and best practices in footwear manufacturing and SAP integration. Identify scalable solutions to commercialize AI systems for other businesses and industries.
  • Staying Ahead of the Competition: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology to maintain a competitive edge. Continuously explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance business processes and competitiveness.
  • Pioneering End-to-End AI Integration: Identify opportunities to integrate AI across various business functions, including supply chain, customer interactions, and production workflows.

As an AI Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that connect and optimize various functions, creating a fully integrated AI ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Python and API integrations, with experience in OpenAI API a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules and tools like OData or SAP BTP.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, or Make (formerly Integromat).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
