About Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our dynamic technology team as a Senior AI Engineer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, driving the research, development, and deployment of innovative AI solutions across our global platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Assign tasks, set clear objectives, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for the team.

In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) to develop and implement AI models and solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and robust AI/ML pipelines, utilizing tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting thorough experimentation and evaluation of different AI/ML techniques to identify the most effective solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, ML, and DL.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.
  • Experience with data engineering pipelines and tools for data preparation and feature engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying Chatbot solutions using NLP and dialogue management techniques.
  • Experience with the concepts and implementation of Agentic AI systems.
