Revenue Financial Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned revenue financial specialist to join our team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the invoicing process, accuracy and timely submissions to customers.
  • Review and finalize revenue estimates, including variance analysis between actual revenue, budgeted figures, and prior estimates.
  • Provide business support in the preparation, review, and execution of customer contracts, agreements, and addendums.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all contractual documents are updated and accurately maintained.
  • Supervise the preparation and finalization of revenue and receivables reports for senior management meetings, ensuring alignment with prescribed reporting formats.
  • Prepare monthly reports for regional offices, including IFRS-Pack, PD reporting, and customer analysis.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • MBA Finance / ACCA / ICMA
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in revenue, billing, credit control, or related fields.
  • For ACCA candidates, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical skill, and a customer-centric attitude towards client relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant industry practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of revenue, billing, and credit control.
