Senior Marketing Lead

We are seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Lead to drive our digital marketing initiatives, expand online presence, and generate high-quality leads.

This role will oversee performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms, and content. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management, as well as excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking, data-driven digital marketing strategy to boost online traffic, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand visibility.

  • Oversee the development of engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.

  • Lead and coach a team of marketing professionals, creating a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand messaging across digital initiatives.

  • Drive full-funnel campaign strategies from ideation to execution, optimizing both organic and paid media across platforms to maximize ROI.

  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and AI-driven marketing solutions for data-backed decision-making.

  • Spearhead content strategy and brand storytelling efforts to ensure a strong digital voice that resonates with target audiences and builds trust.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing preferred.

  • 10 - 12 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.

  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Strong project leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive complex, multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution.
