**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Financial Analyst to join our team. As an E-Commerce Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.

The role involves processing sales, purchases, payments, and receipts for the e-commerce platform, as well as reconciling bank and payment gateway transactions to ensure accuracy in transactions between the e-commerce platform, customers, and suppliers.

You will generate, verify, and process invoices for customers and vendors, following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection. Additionally, you will manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining records and resolving discrepancies.

The E-Commerce Financial Analyst will also assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements) and support the finance team in preparing GST returns and other tax-related compliance for the business.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in accounting, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with online payment systems, e-commerce accounting, and transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of GST, VAT, and other e-commerce business tax regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
