Purpose of the Job - Overview

Job Title: CRM Specialist

Location: Fully Remote

Must have a 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24" Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair and Quiet place to work.

Timings:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST
  • Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST

Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to manage, optimize, and enhance our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining sales, marketing, and customer service processes, ensuring smooth CRM operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
  2. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
  3. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
  4. E nsure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
  5. Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
  6. Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications.
  7. Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  8. Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
