Freight Logistics and Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled specialist to play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring the efficient movement of inventory and shipments. This role contributes to delivering vital medicines on time, supporting essential deliveries, and more.

Your responsibilities will include providing front-line support to clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products, services, and features. You will be accountable for maintaining excellent service standards for both internal and external customers.

Key Areas of Impact
  • Customer Care and Satisfaction: Proactively advise and consult to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Shipment Management: Qualify and enter customer orders into the operational execution process.
  • Complaint Management: Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Quotation Management: Qualify customer inquiries, provide quotations, and set final selling prices.
  • Customer Onboarding: Include and transfer customer requirements into our systems.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain and integrate customer data in our systems.
  • Operational Customer Relationship Management: Establish an operative customer relationship and exchange knowledge with sales teams.
  • Reporting: Create, refine, and review reports to track performance and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Experience in freight forwarding or transport planning, focusing on Sea Logistics.
  • Ability to understand and execute new processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office features, especially Excel.
  • Strong affinity with customer quality standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
