Property Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Property Advisor to support clients in buying architectural services by providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will assist clients throughout the property buying process, guiding them through each step and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clients Consultation: Understand client needs, preferences, and objectives to provide tailored advice.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and regulations to provide informed advice.
  • Buying and Selling: Assist clients throughout the buying and selling process, handling all aspects from negotiations to contract signings.
  • Marketing Materials: Prepare property listings, advertisements, and marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
  • Property Showings and Open Houses: Conduct showings and open houses to facilitate property viewings.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible results.
  • Industry Contacts: Maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Build long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and meeting their expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management.
  • Valid real estate license (as required by state regulations).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
