Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Tech Founder to lead the development of our AI-powered social commerce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable AI/ML systems for natural language processing (NLP) and moderation, as well as building and managing a remote engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  3. Infrastructure Optimization: Ensure the optimal performance and security of our infrastructure to support the growth of our platform.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to align technical development with business goals and objectives.
  5. Staying Ahead: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including LLMs and reinforcement learning, to ensure our platform remains competitive.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards to maintain trust with our users and partners.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a Tech Founder, CTO, or Lead Engineer in AI-driven startups.
  • Expertise in NLP and cloud architecture.
  • Strong background in full-stack development.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu for effective communication.
