We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Educational Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting counselors by streamlining communication and processes between them and students.
- Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for students, providing them with initial information and guidance about our services and study abroad options.
- Process Facilitation: Assist counselors by managing administrative tasks related to student applications, including document collection, application tracking, and scheduling appointments.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with students to ensure they are updated on their application status and any additional requirements.
You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate student records in our database to ensure all information is current and easily accessible.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: Graduation or Professional Qualification (Arabic background preferred).
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
- Living Experience: Previous living experience in Saudi Arabia is required to ensure a good understanding of the cultural and educational landscape.
- Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, good communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for data management.
