About Division

Constellation Payments is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to establish and lead our marketing function from the ground up. As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will play a critical role in developing strategy, setting up processes, and executing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, set up scalable processes, and drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Create, update, and maintain the company website using Squarespace or Wordpress. Ensure website content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
  • Design engaging graphics, social media visuals, and marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Oversee content creation for blogs, case studies, video content, and industry insights.
  • Use analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness, report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials, video content, presentations, and sales collateral to support business growth.
Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a highly qualified professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or payments.
  • Proven experience in building a marketing function in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong expertise in graphic design and video content creation (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Wordpress or Squarespace for website management.
  • Experience with SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management skills.
