- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads.
- Research and identify potential customers aligned with our product offerings.
- Engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and set up meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead activity and status.
- Work closely with marketing to support lead nurturing and campaign execution.
- Understand our product deeply to clearly communicate its value to prospects.
- Track and report on outreach activities and lead conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve lead qualification criteria.
Requirements:
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a B2B SDR, lead generation, or inside sales role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/product sales is a plus.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit outreach KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong research, organization, and time management skills.
