  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate qualified leads.
    • Research and identify potential customers aligned with our product offerings.
    • Engage with inbound leads, qualify them, and set up meetings for Account Executives.
    • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead activity and status.
    • Work closely with marketing to support lead nurturing and campaign execution.
    • Understand our product deeply to clearly communicate its value to prospects.
    • Track and report on outreach activities and lead conversion performance.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve lead qualification criteria.

Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 3 years of experience in a B2B SDR, lead generation, or inside sales role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/product sales is a plus.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and hit outreach KPIs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong research, organization, and time management skills.
