As an Assistant Manager Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. We require a senior professional with 3 years of experience in TTL & BTL related marketing activities, preferably in the IT/Telecom industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Developing a marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives to increase ROI.
  2. Collaborating with sales teams to execute marketing campaigns.
  3. Creating and publishing marketing materials to support business goals.
  4. Planning and executing promotional campaigns to engage target audiences.
  5. Managing lead generation campaigns and measuring results to optimize performance.
  6. Oversight of brand management and corporate identity.
  7. Designing online and print marketing campaigns to reach target audiences.
  8. Monitoring and reporting on marketing communications effectiveness.
  9. Creation of various marketing materials to support business objectives.
  10. Maintaining internal communications to inform relevant company functions about marketing objectives.
  11. Analysis of potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Requirements:
  • Adobe Photoshop proficiency.
  • On-ground marketing experience.
  • Lead generation expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
