Senior Search Engine Optimization Lead

This role involves overseeing and implementing a comprehensive search engine optimization strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving organic growth, strong analytical skills, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing data-driven SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conducting in-depth keyword research and implementing on-page & off-page SEO best practices.
  • Leading technical SEO audits and optimizing website performance.
  • Analyzing competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Building and managing a team of SEO specialists, guiding them towards achieving key objectives.
  • Collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with SEO goals.
  • Developing a strong backlink profile using ethical, white-hat strategies.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience with a successful track record.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Prior experience in hiring, managing, and leading an SEO team.
