  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in animation and editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of frame-by-frame animation and cel animation techniques.
  • Experience using AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and others to create and edit engaging videos and animations.
  • Ability to write clever and effective prompts to achieve the best creative results from AI tools.
  • Skills in creating smooth AI-generated videos while maintaining consistent character and animation styles.
  • Proficiency in English speaking and communication.
  • Willingness to stay hands-on with the latest creative tools, experiment, learn, and help push the boundaries of what's possible.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with content and design teams to provide AI-enhanced visual assets, motion graphics, and video edits.
