Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of trade terms & conditions, documentation such as purchase & sale invoices, delivery challan, stock transfer and goods receipt notes, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will be familiar with commercial trade transactions and payment conditions & procedures – booking of purchase, sales, transfers, etc. in the system.
  • Awareness of sales tax and transport documentation procedures such as road transport permits/way-bills, carrier's responsibilities, dispatch documentation, etc. is essential.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and escalating matters to higher levels when issues cannot be resolved independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
  • The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with commercial trade transactions and payment conditions & procedures is essential.
