Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities to existing accounts.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of account services through proactive checks and regular updates.
  • Address client concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Meet sales targets as assigned by management, encompassing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
  • Foster collaboration with vendors to introduce new services and enhance existing offerings.
  • Create action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets and engage with key partner contacts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop relevant sales materials.
  • Provide regular progress reports on activity, closings, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in key account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle recurring business development, wholesale business key account management, routing strategies, and revenue/cost analysis.
