Lead Architect

We seek an experienced Lead Architect to lead the development and maintenance of enterprise feed systems and other related software applications.

The ideal candidate will support and maintain production environments, collaborate with technical partners, and work with the development team to design individual components.

Mentorship and supervision of other team members are key responsibilities. A balance between multiple factors when choosing a solution design is essential, including speed to market, cost to implement, technical complexity, supportability, and maintainability.

The successful candidate will research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.

A feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management and assistance in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, integration tools, and testing tools are required.

Problem resolution with software, suggestions for improvements, and enhancements are part of the job. Participating in the development of software user manuals and architecting the overall solution are additional tasks.

Participation in design sessions for new product features and capabilities, engineering components and common services based on standard corporate development models, languages, and tools, and code reviews of developed code are key aspects of this role.

Unit testing, QA testing, User Acceptance testing, troubleshooting defects, and ongoing Production support of the entire suite of applications are crucial duties. Designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software and addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms are also essential.

This position requires instructing, assigning, directing, and checking the work of other software developers, as well as developing functional and technical documentation as needed.

Job Requirements
  • Basic Qualification: 3-5+ years of web application development experience.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net (Web Forms + MVC), JavaScript, XML/XSLT, HTML/XHTML, CSS3, Front End Web Development, SQL, and experience with SQL Server and implementing high-performing solutions.
  • Extensive experience in the .NET stack, particularly ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, and Angular, along with knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, SourceTree, Jira, deployment processes, CI/CD tools, Swagger, and documentation tools, and familiarity with vue.js and similar technologies.
  • Experience with Node, PHP, Laravel, MySQL, B2B and B2C application development, CRM/ERP solutions, financial and accounting systems, and supply chain management is desirable.
  • Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Scrum development, and experience with Jenkins and Docker.
