Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication, and upholding the highest level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to phone calls and emails
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, and facilitating smooth communication between departments

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

They will also demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience working in an office setting is essential, with knowledge of administrative software and systems a plus.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in an office administration role
