Quality Assurance Expert: Delivering Excellence in Apparel and Fashion

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the implementation of quality systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile engineering or industrial engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance. They should be familiar with in-line, end-line, pre-final, and final inspections, as well as problem-solving techniques such as root cause analysis and Pareto charting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day quality operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Identify recurring defects, analyze root causes, and suggest corrective actions
  • Train and guide quality inspectors/executives to strengthen QA performance
  • Maintain and update defect sheets, inspection records, and performance reports
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality reports for management review

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Quality Management
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably in the textile/apparel industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in RCA and Pareto charting
