
Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Specialist, Client Delivery to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality support and advice to Relationship Managers (RMs) within all lending units located in Pakistan on all documentation related matters, including the origination of documentation for customers where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to RMs on documentation matters, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Deliver exceptional service and advice to corporate clients in all interactions, from channel activation pre-transactional enquiries/setup to trainings and other channel-related issues.
- Perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Integrated Middle Office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Engage clients throughout the process, maintaining open communication and ensuring their needs are met.
- Own and drive execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service and achieve timely results.
- Adhere to first-time-right principles, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as delegated by Line Manager and Country Head of Integrated Middle Office.
- Create Customer Due Diligence for New Clients & Review of Customer Due Diligence for Existing Clients and perform regulatory onboarding activities.
- Drive GIC and network onboarding processes.
- Conduct checks on Customer Due Diligence as applicable.
- Respond and clear queries from Checkers / Other Specialists / Business CRM in a timely manner.
- Work in partnership with all relevant stakeholders effectively within the end-to-end Customer Due Diligence process.
- Ensure strong due diligence on document safekeeping and data confidentiality.
- Ensure correctness of documentation prior to any dispensation from the Bank.
