Located in Central City, we are hiring an Admin/HR Executive for our head office in Cantt, near Cavalry Ground Lahore.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records.
- Updating internal databases with new hire information.
- Creating and distributing guidelines about company policies.
- Gathering payroll data, including bank accounts and working days.
- Publishing and removing job advertisements.
- Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed.
- Hiring professional candidates as per departmental requirements.
- Preparing reports on HR-related metrics, such as total hires by department.
- Managing all maintenance work, including civil, electrical, plumbing, renovation, and office assets.
- Managing supplies for executives and office staff.
- Supervising office ambiance for meetings and daily operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good typing speed.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Quick learner.
