Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

  • Gathering payroll data, including bank accounts and working days.
  • Publishing and removing job advertisements.
  • Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed.

  • Preparing reports on HR-related metrics, such as total hires by department.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Managing all maintenance work, including civil, electrical, plumbing, renovation, and office assets.
  • Managing supplies for executives and office staff.
  • Supervising office ambiance for meetings and daily operations.
