Marketing Leadership Role

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual and seasonal marketing strategies to support business goals and market dynamics.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing financial products and services, ensuring effective market penetration and ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation and cost-efficiency across channels.
  • Elevate brand identity across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and social media.
  • Oversee promotional content creation, including brochures, digital ads, video content, and PR materials.
  • Ensure national branch branding compliance with corporate guidelines and localized relevance.
  • Conceptualize and implement customer acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Design and manage customer loyalty and rewards programs to increase engagement and cross-selling of products.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex marketing strategies.
