**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned Management Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.

The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations to senior management. They will also be involved in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present monthly and yearly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Perform variance analysis, exception reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, prepaid schedules, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and analysis.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
