We are seeking a talented Power BI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom Power BI dashboards to support business objectives and decision-making processes.
  • Transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists and analysts to translate business requirements into compelling reports and analytics solutions.
  • Optimize data models, DAX queries, and performance tuning to achieve maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy in all visual reports and analytics tools.
  • Implement industry best practices for data visualization, storytelling, and user experience to enhance business outcomes.
  • Maintain and enhance existing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and availability across systems.
  • Troubleshoot Power BI performance issues and improve dashboard efficiency to meet business demands.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service.
  • Hands-on experience in data modeling, measures, and report optimization.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and complex data transformations.
  • Good understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience working with business teams and data scientists to create impactful reports and analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
