Job Overview

Recruiters are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional with a strong background in testing and quality assurance to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless integration into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, optimizing test efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize industry-leading tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG to design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, leveraging expertise in automation testing tools and methodologies to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans, policies, and procedures related to testing and quality assurance, aligning with business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases, demonstrating expertise in testing methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#, with experience in utilizing these languages for testing purposes.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
