Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to work closely with our Flutter and MERN development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality mobile and web applications. The role requires expertise in manual and automated testing, a strong understanding of test planning, execution, bug tracking, performance tracking, load/stress testing and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Manual Testing: Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for Flutter and MERN-based applications.
• Automation Testing: Design and implement automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• API Testing: Test RESTful & GraphQL APIs using Postman, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Performance & Load Testing: Conduct performance testing for backend microservices and optimize system response times.
• Security Testing: Identify security vulnerabilities using OWASP guidelines and security tools.
• Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure applications work seamlessly across Android, iOS, and web browsers.
• Bug Tracking & Reporting: Log, track, and report defects using JIRA, Trello, or similar tools.
• CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with the Flutter and MERN teams to ensure smooth releases and bug fixes.
• Test Environment Management: Maintain and optimize test environments for mobile and web applications. Payment Gateway Testing: Validate integrations with Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
• AI/ML Testing (Nice to Have): Validate AI-powered chatbot functionalities and AI- driven features.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Strong expertise in manual testing for web and mobile applications (Flutter, React.js, Next.js, Node.js).
• Experience in test automation using Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, JMeter, RestAssured).
• Knowledge of performance testing and tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
• Experience with database testing (MongoDB, Firebase, or SQL databases).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps for bug tracking.
• Basic understanding of Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Experience with security testing and OWASP Top 10 best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines).

• Experience testing AI-powered chatbots and AI-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog, or AWS CloudWatch.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for test environment setup.
• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Familiarity with Headless CMS platforms (Strapi, Contentful, or Sanity).
