Food Science Researcher Position

Join us in a research endeavor that explores the impacts of dietary choices on child development. As a Research Fellow, you will contribute to a comprehensive study examining Vegetable fat Vs Animal fat based dairy consumption.
This role offers an opportunity to engage in various tasks such as field and lab work, data analysis, and reporting. A strong background in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science & Technology / Food Technology is essential, along with relevant work experience in milk proteins and immunoreactivity.
Your contributions will support the advancement of scientific knowledge and inform regulatory authorities and the dairy industry in Punjab.
For this position, we require applicants with a B.Sc. (Hons.)/BS or equivalent degree. Additionally, having good working experience related to milk proteins and immunoreactivity is preferred.
Please note that this appointment is temporary, and the selected candidate will be required to sign a bond for the project's duration.
