Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Identification & Qualification: Utilize data-driven approaches to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across the globe.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and Bitsol's offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify opportunities within HealthTech, EdTech, and emerging IT domains.
  • Proposal Writing: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling company profiles, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Event Representation: Represent Bitsol at virtual global events, fostering relationships and driving business development activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align strategies for revenue growth.
  • Strategic Communication: Act as the initial point of contact for prospects, effectively conveying company values and services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and business development activities to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
