Job Description:
  • AI-Powered Research: Conduct high-volume research using AI-powered tools, including language models, automated summarization, semantic search, and data extraction tools.
  • Industry Analysis: Analyze industry trends, market shifts, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Information Synthesis: Rapidly synthesize information from various sources, including news articles, whitepapers, databases, and public records.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product, compliance, and strategy teams to ensure research output aligns with business objectives.
  • New Tool Evaluation: Assess new AI tools and platforms to improve research workflows and information discovery.
  • Research Database: Develop and maintain a structured research database, incorporating references, annotations, and summaries.
  • Professional Development: Stay current on developments in applied research methods and digital tools through regular attendance at webinars, online forums, and briefings.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Science, Economics, or related discipline).
  • Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in research or analysis roles, with demonstrated use of AI or automation tools in research workflows.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in tools such as ChatGPT, semantic search engines, web scraping frameworks, or AI-based summarization tools.
  • Critical Thinking: Exceptional ability to convert diverse data into well-structured insights and reports.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: Intellectual curiosity, speed, and adaptability in working across multiple research domains.
