Job Description:
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with clients through existing networks and knowledge of the industry.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • New Business Development: Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Visits: Regularly visit customers and manufacturing facilities to gather business information and understand production capabilities.
  2. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Customer Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor products and services accordingly.
  4. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals.
  5. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and visit various client locations.
Additional Requirements:

Prior experience in organizations such as Descon and Pearl Engineering is preferred.
