Lead Acquisition Specialist

We seek a motivated professional to drive business growth through lead generation and sales funnel optimization.

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads for AI services using LinkedIn, email, and outbound methods.
  • Design and run cold emailing and cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Handle telemarketing and cold calling to schedule meetings or product demos with prospects.
  • Source leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Hunter, etc.
  • Build and optimize sales funnels using ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
  • Deliver remote product demos and follow-up communication via Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc. to track outreach and sales activity.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for custom solution pitches.
  • Perform basic web and digital tasks such as WordPress edits, CRM integrations, and email automation tool setup.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, cold emailing, and sales funnel development.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Calendly, Loom, Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, AI, or tech sales is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented individual.
  • Stable internet connection and laptop/computer setup.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and marketing automation software.
