As a key member of our pre-sales technical engagements team, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs and crafting solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify business opportunities and deliver compelling solutions.
  • Develop customer-centric strategies, including prospect presentations and RFP responses.
  • Guide clients through change management during telematics solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption.
  • Contribute to sales process improvement and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
  • Monitor sales initiative effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field, with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and help them through change management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
