Financial Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized Financial Operations Coordinator to manage our financial obligations. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for data entry of vendor invoices, maintenance of timely entry and scanning of invoices and Payment Authorization vouchers, and resolution of any invoice problems.
Responsibilities:
  • Data entry of vendor invoices.
  • Maintenance of timely entry and scanning of invoices and Payment Authorization vouchers.
  • Resolution of any invoice problems.
  • Running an age payable report weekly to clear outstanding invoices before month end.
  • Maintenance and update of the Payment Authorization Voucher signature book for manual checks.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Complete understanding of operational routine accounting functions.
