Key Responsibilities
  1. Train and develop sales staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales communication.
  2. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to Regional Sales Manager or Operations Manager.
  3. Maintain accurate attendance records and implement effective time management strategies for the store staff.
  4. Analyze consumer behavior to develop and implement new product training programs.
Store Operations
  1. Conduct market research to stay informed about competition and current trends.
  2. Create attractive displays and promote sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
  3. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, obtaining merchandise, and processing payments.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Inventory Management
  1. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate customer demand to ensure optimal stock levels.
  2. Prepare detailed reports for internal audit by collecting and analyzing data.
Cash Handling
  1. Manage cash transactions efficiently.
  2. Process daily deposits and reconcile cash balances.
  3. Ensure accurate expense tracking and management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 1-2 years of direct experience in retail industry (Bachelor's) or 2-3 years of direct experience in retail industry (Masters).
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Management principles.
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
