About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Assistant, supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth task execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule and manage travel documentation collection and submission, collaborating with colleagues as needed.
  2. Take ownership of matters related to KCCI, handling documentation submission and follow-up with diligence.
  3. Develop expertise in outdoor banking tasks, completing them efficiently and effectively.
  4. Build relationships with vendors during market visits, collecting samples and negotiating prices when possible.
  5. Support the team with attestation and notary public-related work, maintaining high standards of quality.
  6. Source and procure local market items, including groceries, office supplies, and employee lunches, within budget constraints.
  7. Ensure the office premises remain clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  8. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the line manager, demonstrating versatility and resourcefulness.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid driving license, essential for job requirements.
  • Owning a motorbike and helmet is preferred, enhancing personal safety on the job.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not necessary.
