Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and building effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations, including managing budgets, expenses, supplies, and handling calls and emails.
  • Handle duties related to procurement processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Respond to queries and requests from stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage archiving and filing in accordance with statutory and company policies.
  • Complete and update reports, maintain systems and data.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of SAP and COUPA an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
