The Role of a Quality Assurance Analyst

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent technical skills, and experience with testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test cases, scripts, and documentation to support manual and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and fix problems.
  • Work with product managers to gather requirements and document them.
  • Prepare reviews of error logs, bug reports, and recommend fixes.

Excellent planning, control, scheduling, and launching of QA/QC activities during SDLC are also required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer/Software Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Proven analytical ability and strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Self-motivation and capability of working in a dynamic environment, with knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology.
  • Technical skills in testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and performance testing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A keen analytical mind, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential for this role.
