Job Details

VapeMall is seeking a professional and reliable delivery driver to fulfill our customer service goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers promptly and professionally
  • Ensure safe handling of products and compliance with traffic laws
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service during all interactions
  • Report any delivery-related issues or incidents to the logistics manager
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the delivery vehicle (bike)
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with reliable personal transportation (bike)
  • Strong knowledge of local routes and effective route planning
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Must be 22 years or older
  • Prior delivery experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to handle cash for COD orders, if required
